我是一名初中英语老师,对于我而言,在日常教学中备学生尤为重要。首先,新课标要求我们要培养学生积极向上的情感态度。在教学过程中,学生是学习的主体,其情感直接影响学习的效果与质量,同时也会阻碍我们的日常教学。为此在教学中我时刻注意学生细微的情感变化,注重学生全面发展与个性差异相统一的“以人为本”的新理念。其次,初中时期是一个人价值观形成的关键时期,也是锤炼自己,奋力拼搏,培养集体荣誉感的最佳时机。
I am a junior high school English teacher, for me, preparing students for daily teaching is particularly important. First of all, the new curriculum requires us to develop a positive and emotional attitude of students. In the process of teaching, students are the main body of learning, their emotions directly affect the effectiveness and quality of learning, but also hinder our daily teaching. To this end in teaching, I always pay attention to the subtle emotional changes in students, pay attention to the overall development of students and personality differences in a unified “people-oriented” new concept. Second, junior high school is a key period in the formation of a person’s values, and it is also the best time to temper himself, work hard and cultivate a sense of collective honor.
