尉氏县自1997年被列为“河南省财源建设重点扶持县”以来,在县委、县政府的正确领导下,在省、市有关部门的具体指导和大力支持下,因地制宜,利用贾鲁河滩资源优势以及农业种植结构调整的有利时机,根据自然资源条件,确立了西部林果、东部粮棉的发展战略,逐步走出了一条发展支柱产业、培植地方财源、富县富民的路子,在发展农村支柱产业整体开发建设和农业结构调整方面取得了明显效果。 为了加快财源建设步伐,近几年来,县政府共支出财政资金6000万元,投入农业综合开发资金2000万元,利用世界银行贷款6000万元,大力改善尉氏县农业生产条件,提高农业抗御自然灾害的能力,农业产业结构得到调整,全县来自农业的财政收入逐年提高。
