我院曾救治急性甲氮磷中毒178例,除2例晶体混浊重未能窥及眼底外,全部进行眼底检查,现将结果报告如下.一般资料:176例中男90例,女86例.年龄6月～13岁76例;14～59岁85例;60～83岁15例.均为食人含有甲氨磷农药的“鸭儿糕”(一种米糕),食后数分钟至1小时内出现有机磷急性中毒症状.绝大多数病例食人1/2～2个米糕(每个约1两),食后出现类似不同程度的症状及体征.米糕等物经检测均含有甲氨磷农药(具体含量不详).临床表现为恶心、呕吐、腹痛.多汗、乏力、流涎等.有的患者述视力减退.根据临床中毒表现分为轻、中、重度.轻度中毒124例(69石%),只有毒(?)碱样症状及轻度中枢神经系统表现.中度中毒47例(26.49%),出现烟碱样症状;重度中毒7例(3.6%),除上述症状外,发生肺水肿、惊厥、昏迷或呼吸麻痹.
