随着全球范围内的信息化产业的不断发展,计算机互联网在各行各业中的应用也是日渐广泛,无论是在居民生活、学习还是在工作中。尤其是进入二十一世纪以来,我国的信息化产业更是如同雨后春笋一般发展起来,百姓在网上足不出户就实现了生活购物,学习文化以及了解国内外大事等。根据中国互联网络信息中心(CNNIC)的调查数据显示,截至到2014年12月份,中国网民数量达到6.49亿,互联网普及率为47.9%,其中,通过手机接入互联网的网民数量达到5.57亿,用手机支付用户规模达到2.17亿。由此可见互联网技术应用的广泛性和重要性,所以如何将互联网优势在医疗卫生行业中的应用便成为当前迫切需要解决的问题。

According to survey data from China Internet Network Information Center (CNNIC), as of December 2014, the number of netizens in China reached 649 million and the Internet penetration rate was 47.9%. Among them, the number of Internet users accessing the Internet through mobile phones reached 557 million, with The number of mobile payment users reached 217 million. This shows that the application of Internet technology is widespread and important, so how to apply the advantages of the Internet in the health care industry has become an urgent problem to be solved.
