为了控制潼关高程,三门峡水库相继进行了改建并改变了运用方式,近几年又开展了清淤试验、河道裁弯取直工程试验,加大了潼关附近河段河道整治工程建设力度,进行了改变三门峡水库运用方式,降低潼关高程原型及模型试验等,取得了一定成果,使得潼关高程的抬升得到一定程度的控制。本文对包括改变三门峡水库运用方式、清淤挖河、河道整治等几种可能降低潼关高程的措施进行了初探,以供商榷。
