钻井液的固相含量进行准确的分析测定是评价固控效果最直接的方法。采用国家标准方法测定钻井液固相含量,所测数值与真实值有一定偏差,通过对相关物理量(如钻井液密度,体积,蒸馏所得油体积,蒸馏所得水体积,钻井液中氯离子浓度等参数)分析验证后发现,蒸馏所得水体积的偏差对测量结果影响最大,其它参数对测量结果造成的误差基本可以通过标准方法排除。通过准确称量蒸馏前后钻井液质量,以及用计算方式确定钻井液中水的体积含量,可以消除蒸馏所得水的体积误差,从而保证钻井液固相含量测定结果更加准确可靠。
