对于已做母亲的人来说,判断宝宝是否吃饱,似乎是再简单不过的事。但确实有很多新妈妈弄不清宝宝是否吃饱了,有人甚至认为,宝宝才出生不久,还不知道饥与饱。因此,每每看到宝宝哭闹就给喂奶、喂食,或是机械地按育儿书里规定的钟点喂食的妈妈很多。事实上,这些想法和做法都是不科学的。
For those who are already mothers, judging whether the baby is full or not seems a simple matter. But there are indeed many new mothers who can not figure out whether the baby is full. Some even think that the baby was born shortly and did not know the hunger and fullness. As a result, there are many mothers who feed their breast-feeding, feeding, or mechanical feeding at the time specified in their parenting book whenever they see their baby crying. In fact, these ideas and practices are unscientific.
