根据交通建设工程安全生产管理环境,把从《安全生产法》到施工作业人员的安全生产责任义务等安全管理基本内容进行梳理,融入安全生产管理“人机料法环”五个环节;纵向通过安全生产法律、法规的贯彻实施、横向通过施工单位相互借鉴学习提高,并深刻认识安全生产与工程质量、进度、效益的辩证关系,从而实现可供复制的安全管理模式及方法;希望能够为交通工程建设的施工安全管理提供一些参考。
