当务之急是建立一个以市场为主导、以企业为主体的联动模式“解决日趋恶化的生态问题,应该成为京津冀经济一体化合作的切入点和突破口。”河北省发改委宏观经济研究所所长李岚对《中国新闻周刊》说。年初,李岚和她的同事们刚刚完成了一项名为“消除环京津贫困带,促进京津冀区域协调发展”课题的调研工作。这个维持了一年多时间的课题,属于亚洲开发银行技援项目《河北省发展战略研究》的专题之一。
