台湾“财政部”1月公布的进出口贸易统计显示,台去年全年出口总值1106.4亿美元,进口总值1047.4亿美元,双双突破千亿美元。但出口比前年衰退9.4%,为1955年以来最严重的衰退;进口衰退8.5%;贸易出超59亿美元,创下自1984以来新低。受亚洲金融风暴影响,去年台湾对亚洲出口衰退幅度高达18.5%,其中,对东盟五国出口衰退幅度近30%;对日本出口衰退20%,创历年新高;对香港出口衰退13.
Taiwan’s “Ministry of Finance” statistics on import and export announced in January showed that Taiwan exported 110.64 billion U.S. dollars in total value last year with a total value of 104.74 billion U.S. dollars, both of which exceeded 100 billion U.S. dollars. However, exports have declined by 9.4% over the previous year, the worst recession since 1955; import declined by 8.5%; trade surpassed 5.9 billion U.S. dollars, the lowest since 1984. Affected by the Asian financial turmoil, exports to Asia last year, Taiwan’s recession rate as high as 18.5%, of which exports to the five ASEAN countries declined by nearly 30%; Japan’s export decline of 20%, a record high; export decline in Hong Kong 13.
