目的:探讨Survivin、Bcl-2、PCNA在乳腺癌中的表达及临床意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学方法,检测60例乳腺癌Survivin、Bcl-2、PCNA的表达,分析其相关性。结果:Survivin、Bcl-2、PCNA在乳腺癌中表达阳性率分别为70.00%(42/60)、66.67%(40/60)和71.67%(43/60)。Survivin表达与年龄、组织学分级无显著相关(P>0.05),与淋巴结转移呈显著相关(P<0.05);Bcl-2表达与年龄无显著相关(P>0.05),与组织学分级、淋巴结转移呈显著相关(P<0.05);PCNA与Survivin、Bcl-2之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Survivin、Bcl-2的表达与乳腺癌的各临床病理指标密切相关,可能是判断其预后的重要指标,但与临床、病理和预后等各参数的内在联系有待进一步研究。
Objective: To investigate the expression and clinical significance of Survivin, Bcl-2 and PCNA in breast cancer. Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of Survivin, Bcl-2 and PCNA in 60 cases of breast cancer and the correlation was analyzed. Results: The positive rates of Survivin, Bcl-2 and PCNA in breast cancer were 70.00% (42/60), 66.67% (40/60) and 71.67% (43/60), respectively. There was no significant correlation between the expression of Survivin and age, histological grade (P> 0.05), and lymph node metastasis (P <0.05). There was no significant correlation between the expression of Survivin and age (P> 0.05) (P <0.05). There was a significant difference between PCNA and Survivin and Bcl-2 (P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: The expression of Survivin and Bcl-2 is closely related to the clinicopathological parameters of breast cancer, which may be an important index to judge the prognosis of breast cancer. However, the intrinsic relationship between Survivin and Bcl-2 and clinical, pathological and prognostic parameters remains to be further studied.
