为有效解决神南矿区煤质坚硬致密而导致的开采难度大、机械化生产中产生大量粉尘这一技术难题,从理论上研究了煤层注水工艺及机理,分析了注水除尘机理及其影响因素。进行了现场钻孔静动压交替间歇性注水工程试验,通过注水前、后采取煤样,研究分析了神南矿区5~(-2)煤层煤体可注性和煤层强度变化规律,为陕北侏罗纪中厚坚硬煤层的安全开采提供借鉴意义。
In order to effectively solve the technical difficulty of heavy mining and large amount of dust generated in mechanized production caused by hard and dense coal in Shennan mining area, the technology and mechanism of water injection in coal seam are studied theoretically, and the mechanism of water injection and dust removal and the influencing factors are analyzed. The experiment of alternating intermittent water injection with static and dynamic pressure on site was carried out. Through the coal samples taken before and after water injection, the change rule of the coal noteability and coal seam strength in 5 ~ (-2) coal seam in Shennan Mining Area was studied and analyzed. Jurassic thick and hard coal seam mining safety reference.
