目的建立测定金银岗梅颗粒中绿原酸含量的方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为YMC-Pack ODS-A(250 mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相以0.4%磷酸溶液为流动相A,以乙腈为流动相B,检测波长:327nm,流速为1.0ml/min,进样量为10μl。结果绿原酸质量浓度线性范围在1.72~34.35μg/ml(r=0.99996,n=6),平均加样回收率为101.75%,RSD为0.48%。结论结果准确、快速、简便、专属性好,重现性良好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of chlorogenic acid in Jinyin Gangui granules. Methods Using high performance liquid chromatography. The chromatographic column was YMC-Pack ODS-A (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of 0.4% phosphoric acid solution as mobile phase A and acetonitrile as mobile phase B at a flow rate of 1.0 mL / Injection volume of 10μl. Results The linear range of chlorogenic acid concentration was 1.72 ~ 34.35μg / ml (r = 0.99996, n = 6). The average recoveries were 101.75% and RSD were 0.48%. Conclusion The results are accurate, rapid, simple, good specificity, good reproducibility and can be used for the quality control of the preparation.
