据报道,原来正在研究开发中的药物,现有几种已宣传暂停进行,计有: 1、DDI制药公司的牛过氧化歧化酶(Bovine SOD)原在19个医疗中心进行骨关节痛的Ⅲ期临床,初步看来效果还不错。患者经21至25周的治疗后,与安慰剂对比,有些已可不再服用非甾类抗炎药来消除膝盖骨痛。该公司并还在研究开发一种长效的人过氧化歧化酶。但在90年6月瑞士政府的卫生部认为该药的风险效应的比例评价,尚不是以保证患者的安全用药,故已在瑞士撤消使用。 2、Stering公司已停止其强心、Ⅲ型
