一、消炎痛(Indomethacin)膏和水剂。日本田边制药公司,自十月一日起开始销售非甾体(Steroid)外用消炎镇痛剂(Subvate Cream)及药水。该药第一季度销售额目标为五亿日元。该制剂能配合抑制炎症时成为疼痛肿胀原因物质PGQ的合成。由于采用了独特的制剂技术,不使用薄荷脑及薄荷,无臭味且有清凉感。软膏使用伸展性良贴性较少的基质。使基质溶入一部分消炎痛,其余部分保持结晶与基质混合,这种两相性制剂皮肤吸收性良好。
