目的观察复方三维B+托烷司琼+苯海拉明+胃复安联合治疗化疗所致消化道反应的临床疗效。方法选取肿瘤化疗并出现消化道反应患者108例,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组给予复方三维B+托烷司琼+苯海拉明+胃复安,对照组给予托烷司琼+苯海拉明+胃复安,比较二组患者用药后的效果。结果服用药物组的患者,发生消化道反应的几率明显低于未服用药物的患者,二组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方三维B联合托烷司琼治疗化疗所致消化道反应疗效好。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of compound three-dimensional B + tropisetron + diphenhydramine + metocarban in combination with chemotherapy-induced gastrointestinal reactions. Methods Totally 108 patients with cancer chemotherapy and gastrointestinal reactions were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was given three-dimensional compound B + tropisetron + diphenhydramine + metoclopramide, and the control group was given tropisetron + Diphenhydramine + metoclopramide, the effect of the two groups of patients after treatment compared. Results In patients taking the drug group, the incidence of digestive tract reaction was significantly lower than those who did not take drugs, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Compound three-dimensional B combined with tropisetron in the treatment of digestive tract caused by chemotherapy has good curative effect.
