病人用药依从性不佳是目前医学实践所面临的重要问题。我科于1996年1～12月，通过“共同参与模式”对50例哮喘患者用药依从性的差数进行指导，使其用药依从性提高达76％，且哮喘急性发作次数、住院次数明显减少，肺功能明显改善，进而达到了提高治疗效果的目的。这种模式，在医学模式转变的今天，值得进一步研究和推广。
Poor patient medication compliance is an important issue facing medical practice. From January to December 1996, our department guided the poor medication adherence of 50 asthma patients through the “participatory mode of participation”, resulting in a 76% improvement in drug compliance and a significant reduction in the number of asthma attacks and hospitalizations , Lung function improved significantly, and thus achieve the purpose of improving the therapeutic effect.
