美术课是实施素质教育的重要组成部分,本文通过对中小学美术课程安排的研究,发现学生对美术课程产生了“世外桃源”的向往感和有着浓厚的兴趣,但在应试教育这种机制下,学生没有足够的时间学习美术。针对这一现象,本文采取了观察法和问卷调查法等多种方法进行研究,总体论述了四川省中小学美术教育课时少等特点,并提出了相应的解决方法,以便能更好的促进学生个体的全面发展和审美能力的推进。
