调查了10种不同山羊草(Aegilops)胞质的异质小麦品种 Chris 与 IB/IR 小麦—黑麦类型的77(2)杂交 F_1及回交后代的育性表现,结果表明:1、在同核背景下,山羊草不同种间的细胞质在对77(2)的育性反应上明显不同,依此差异进行特定的质核组配,可得到适宜于培育杂种小麦的新不育质型;2、不同的不育胞质在同核背景下虽都能产生雄性不育,但其易恢复性不同;3、试验中选育的三种不育质型相比较,偏凸山羊草(Ae.ventricosa)不育质型比易变山羊草(Ae.variabilis)和粘果山羊草(Ae.kotschyi)不育质型更易恢复,而且不育性稳定,不育系和 F_1、F_2种子饱满,对发芽率等其它农艺性状没有不良的母性影响,为培育杂种小麦提供了一种新的可能。
The fertility of 10 different hybrids of Aegilops cytoplasm Chris and IB / IR wheat-rye type 77 (2) hybrid F_1 and backcross generations were investigated. The results showed that: 1, Under the nuclear background, the cytoplasm of different species of goatgrass differed markedly in the fertility response to 77 (2). Based on these differences, specific cytoplasmic configuration could be used to obtain a new sterility type suitable for cultivating hybrid wheat. Different male sterile cytoplasms could produce male sterility under the same nuclear background, but their different recoverability were different.3. Compared with the three male sterile types selected in the experiment, .ventricosa) sterile lines were more easily recovered than sterile lines of Ae.variabilis and Ae.kotschyi, but also had stable sterility. Male sterile lines and F_1 and F_2 seeds were full, There is no adverse maternal influence on germination rate and other agronomic traits, which provides a new possibility for cultivating hybrid wheat.
