机械设备零部件所用传统材料的研究与应用目前已基本趋于完善与稳定,其性能应用上的突破性进展较为困难。因此,在传统材料的表面制备功能性涂层与结合层,根据表面使用工艺要求,进行表面功能性制备,以低成本满足生产需要与质量要求。在使用过程中,因天轮轴经常磨损,更换成本较高,故采用喷涂表面技术进行天轮轴修复。
The research and application of traditional materials used in machinery and equipment parts have basically been perfected and stabilized, and its breakthrough in performance application is more difficult.
