辽宁省博物馆学会第二届理事代表大会暨爱国义教育讲解比赛会于1995年6月13—15日在沈阳举行。此次会波共有49位代表和来宾出席,34位选手参赛。比赛会还特邀中国博物馆学会社会教育专业委员会主任齐吉祥和副主任、中国博物馆学会常务理事王继红同志担任评委。经过三天的认真工作,会议选举产生了新一届理事会,评出一、二、三等奖18名,实现了予期目标。 辽宁省文化厅副厅长李起云同志出席会议并就学会要加强贯彻、落实《爱国主义教育实施纲要》作了讲话。理事长徐秉琨对学会四年来的工作情况作了概括发言。认为学会在推动全省博物馆学研究和交流及培训专业人员方面起了带头作用。副理事长兼秘书长王绵厚同志代表理事会作了学会四年工作总结。四年来学会先后组织召开了学术研讨会5次;举办专业培训班3届,培训专业人员达130余人次;除定期出版《辽海文物学刊》外,还编辑出版了《辽宁省文物保管工作论文集》、《辽宁省社会教育工作论文
The Liaoning Provincial Museum Society Second Congress and the patriotic justice education seminar will be held in June 13-15, 1995 in Shenyang. A total of 49 delegates and guests attended the conference and 34 contestants participated. The competition will also invite Qi Ji-hsiang, deputy director of the Social Education Committee of the Chinese Museum Society, and Comrade Wang Ji-hong, executive director of the Chinese Museum Society. Xu Bingkun, chairman of the Institute for the past four years made a general statement of work. It is believed that the Institute played a leading role in promoting the research and exchange and training of museum professionals throughout the province. Vice Chairman and Secretary-General Wang Mianhou on behalf of the council made a summary of four years of work. In the past four years, the Institute has successively organized five academic seminars, organized three professional training courses and trained more than 130 professionals.
