目的观察中药治疗大囊型脑囊尾蚴病的临床疗效。方法选择大囊型囊尾蚴病56例,随机分为2组治疗,对照组20例给予口服吡喹酮或丙硫咪唑,静点活血化瘀、脑细胞活化剂及降颅压药物治疗。治疗组36例在对照组基础上口服中药制剂,治疗5个疗程后,分别对两组的疗效、不良反应、治疗前后囊体大小变化进行对比分析。结果对照组治愈率30.0%,治疗组治愈率69.4%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组不良反应发生率较低。结论临床治疗大囊型脑囊尾蚴病加用中药治疗效果显著,不仅具有杀虫、促进吸收作用,而且毒副作用小,安全可靠。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of large cysticercosis. Methods 56 cases of cysticercosis were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with oral praziquantel or althlthizumab, intravenous injection of activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis, activating brain cells and reducing intracranial pressure. In the treatment group, 36 cases were treated with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group. After 5 courses of treatment, the curative effect, adverse reaction and change of capsule size before and after treatment were compared respectively. Results The cure rate was 30.0% in the control group and 69.4% in the treatment group, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was lower. Conclusion Clinical treatment of cysticercus cysticercosis plus traditional Chinese medicine treatment is significant, not only insecticide, promote absorption, and the side effects of small, safe and reliable.
