本文以小白鼠为实验动物,用罂粟花粉作急性灌胃试验,剂量达10g/kg,观察花粉对遗传毒理学效应,借以了解是否有潜在性的遗传危害。实验结果证明,上述剂量对小鼠微核发生率无影响。
In this article, mice were used as experimental animals. Populus pollen was used as an acute gavage test with a dose of 10 g/kg. The effect of pollen on the genetic toxicology was observed to see if there was a potential genetic hazard. The experimental results show that the above dose has no effect on the incidence of micronucleus in mice.
