Serum CK-1 type is a combination of CK isoenzymes and Ig, usually K-chain of CK-BB and monoclonal IgG at a molar ratio of 1: 1 or 2: 1 in Fab or F (ab ’) _2 fragment. The electrophoresis zone is located between CK-MM and CK-MB and may also exist at the site of CK-MB (CK-IgG complex) or CK-MM (CK-IgA complex). The giant CK-2 is representative of oligomeric mitochondria CK, and its mobility, high activity, enzyme kinetics, and heat tolerance all indicate that it is derived from mitochondria. Generally, giant CK-2 type is 25% of the total CK activity, while giant CK-1 type is 10%. Of the 8322 patients who underwent CK isoenzyme analysis, the authors identified 136 CK isozymes in 136 sera, of which 36 were type 1, 100 were type 2 and about 3/4 were in-ambulatory patients .
