振动法采油技术是一种利用物理方法提高油井生产效率的方法,可有效提高中后期油井产量和采收率。井下自激振动技术在井下设置振源,大大的延长了设备在井下的工作时间。井下自激振动发生装置通过在常规抽油杆工作时,管柱发生周期性弹性变形带动工作,将产生的弹性性能转换成脉冲能量,利用井下液体冲击地层发生振动,从而达到油井解堵增产的目的。振动片是该装置的核心部件,研究对振动片的影响因素,得出最优的纵向振动效果。
