该文针对高强度等边角钢的局部稳定受力性能,对Q420热轧等边角钢短柱进行了轴心受压试验。根据试验结果,该文对角钢肢的弹性嵌固系数的取值进行了研究,并与我国、美国和欧洲钢结构设计规范的相应设计方法和计算公式进行了对比分析。结果表明:我国钢结构设计规范对于角钢肢的弹性嵌固系数的取值是合理的;美国和欧洲钢结构设计规范的计算结果较为接近,且均低于试验结果,其设计方法安全合理。
In this paper, axial compression tests on Q420 hot-rolled equilateral angle steel studs are carried out to investigate the local stability of high-strength equilateral angle steels. According to the test results, the value of the diagonal elastic embedding coefficient of the steel is studied and compared with the corresponding design methods and formulas of the steel structure design codes of China, the United States and Europe. The results show that the design rules of China’s steel structure are reasonable for the elastic embedding coefficient of the angle steel legs. The calculation results of the steel structure design codes of the United States and Europe are close to each other and are lower than the test results. The design method is safe and reasonable.
