郁金香:美丽的误会

郁金香又叫洋荷花、郁香、草麝香。在古罗马神话中,郁金香是布拉特神的女儿,她为了逃离秋神贝尔兹努一厢情愿的爱,而请求贞操之神迪亚那将自己变成了郁金香花。所以,野生郁金香有一种含义就是贞操。西域地区以地理多变、光照丰富而盛产奇花异草,当原产西域的玫瑰(蔷薇)、郁金香经欧洲国家再驯化形成独有的文化时,西域那些山中的野花依旧在风中摇曳,它们被国际称之为“中亚植物物种基因库”。
