足球是当今世界第一运动。同时,足球裁判员对足球比赛的胜负起着至关重要的作用。足球裁判员所具备的基本素质应当是全面性的。本文探讨足球裁判员完成好一场足球比赛的执法工作时应注意的一些基本问题及对足球比赛的影响,从而得出优秀的足球裁判员所应具备基本素质的深度,对培养年轻足球裁判员提供一定的理论经验。
