全国人民现阶段的任务,就是要鼓足干劲,力争上游,多、快、好、省地建设社会主义,并且为將來由社会主义过渡到共产主义准备条件。我们要经过人民公社这种社会组织形式,使社会主义的集体所有制逐步的过渡到社会主义的全国所有制。为此,就要高速度地發屡我国的工业和农业,使全国工业化,人民公社工业化,农业工厂化,在科学文化事业方面,也要达到世界上最先进的水平。
The task of the people throughout the country at this stage is to summon their energies and strive to build socialism in the upstream, in many, rapid, good and provincial areas and to prepare for the future transition from socialism to communism. We must go through such forms of social organization as the people’s communes so that the collective ownership of socialism will be gradually shifted to socialist national ownership. To this end, we must speedily issue industrial and agricultural systems in our country so that the industrialization of the whole country, the industrialization of people’s communes and the industrialization of agriculture will also reach the most advanced level in the world in science and culture.
