天然丝光沸石表面酸洗改性及合成二甲胺的催化性能

为提高甲醇气相胺化合成二甲胺的选择性和催化活性,对处理液浓度、处理时间、处理次数及处理温度等酸洗条件进行了优化,并研究了甲醇气相胺化工艺条件.结果表明:优化的酸洗条件为处理液浓度2mol/L,酸洗次数4次,酸洗时间0.5h,酸洗温度80℃;优化条件不会破坏丝光沸石原有晶体结构,可以有效去除沸石孔道杂质,疏通孔道结构,提高微孔分布,并可提高活性中心的酸强度;催化剂甲醇气相胺化适宜的工艺条件是:反应温度390℃,甲醇液相空速1.93h-1,氨醇比1.8;内部积炭是催化剂失活的主要原因,反应温度应低于410℃. In order to improve the selectivity and catalytic activity of dimethylamine in the gas phase amination of methanol, the pickling conditions such as the concentration of the treatment solution, the treatment time, the treatment times and the treatment temperature were optimized and the conditions of gas phase amination of methanol were studied. : Optimized pickling conditions: concentration of 2mol / L, pickling 4 times, pickling time 0.5h, pickling temperature 80 ℃; the optimal conditions will not destroy the original mordenite crystal structure, which can effectively remove zeolite pore impurities , The pore structure was dredged to improve the distribution of micropores and the acid strength of the active site. The suitable technological conditions for gas phase amination of methanol were as follows: the reaction temperature was 390 ℃, the liquid hourly space velocity of methanol was 1.93h-1, the ratio of ammonia to alcohol was 1.8; Internal coke is the main reason for catalyst deactivation, the reaction temperature should be below 410 ℃.
