目的：探讨ＣＴ和Ｂ超对肾上腺囊肿的诊断价值。材料与方法：回顾性分析１０例经手术病理证实的肾上腺囊肿的ＣＴ和Ｂ超。结果：６例肾上腺囊肿ＣＴ平扫的其ＣＴ值高于２０ＨＵ，超声图像亦可表现为低回声；６例肾上腺囊肿壁有钙化。结论：肾上腺囊肿的ＣＴ值多偏高，其囊壁钙化率亦高于其他部位的囊肿，囊肿大小差异悬殊。增强前后ＣＴ扫描的对比分析结合Ｂ超检查是诊断肾上腺囊肿的有效手段。
Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of CT and B-ultrasound in adrenal cysts. Materials and Methods: CT and B ultrasonography of 10 cases of adrenal cyst confirmed by pathology were retrospectively analyzed. RESULTS: The CT scans of 6 adrenal cysts were higher than 20 HU on plain CT scan. Ultrasound images also showed hypoechoic edema. Six adrenal cysts were calcified in the wall. Conclusions: The CT value of adrenal cysts is much higher, and the calcification rate of the wall of the adrenal cyst is also higher than that of other parts of the cyst. The cyst size varies greatly. Contrast analysis of enhanced CT scan before and after combined with B-ultrasound is an effective method to diagnose adrenal cysts.
