党的十八大报告提出“建设学习型、服务型、创新型的马克思主义执政党”。这是以全新的视野阐述了对共产党执政规律的认识,体现了党加强自身建设的高度自觉,对全面提高党的建设科学化水平具有十分重要的意义。为此作为基层的党支部就要在新的形势下,要在公司党委领导下,围绕公司中心工作,探索创新企业党建新方式,抓好党员队伍和员工凝聚力建设,加强支部党建与部门行政、与企业发展紧密结合,为公司方针目标任务实现提供有力的政治、思想和组织保障。
