近几年,为提高桩基的单桩承载力,减少桩基础施工浪费,提高桩基施工速度,减少施工总工期压力,尤其是提高单桩承载力性价比,唐山市曹妃甸工业区引进大量预应力高强混凝土管桩基础施工,唐山市曹妃甸工业区内侧大陆岸线为沿滦河古三角洲前沿发育的冲、海积平原,潮滩发育,大部分为吹沙填海造地形成。为彻底解决管桩在曹妃甸等沿海地区施工的难题,会同有关科研院所,通过工程开工前大范围的试桩施工及周边地区的施工经验实践总结,形成了一套行之有效的PHC预应力高强混凝土管桩锤击施工方法,并将其大量应用在管桩基础施工中,取得了一定的经济效益和社会效益。
