目的 探讨肿瘤相关物质群 (TSGF)、CA1 5 3及 CEA在乳腺癌诊断、疗效观察中的价值。方法 采用化学分析技术检测 TSGF,化学发光法检测 CA1 5 3及 CEA含量 ,并对乳腺癌患者进行治疗前后的 TSGF、CA1 5 3及 CEA值进行监测、随访。结果 乳腺癌患者 TSGF、CA1 5 3及 CEA值及阳性率均高于良性肿瘤及正常对照值 ,单独检测时敏感性分别为 78.1 5 %、 6 4 .1 %、 2 8.1 % ;联合测定 TSGF和 CA1 5 3,敏感性达 88.3% ;三项联合检测则敏感性达 90 .6 %。结论 认为联合检测 TSGF、 CA1 5 3及 CEA有助于提高乳腺癌诊断的敏感性 ,同时对疗效观察及术后监测有重要价值
Objective To investigate the value of tumor related substances (TSGF), CA1 5 3 and CEA in the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer. Methods TSGF was detected by chemical analysis, the contents of CA1 5 3 and CEA were detected by chemiluminescence method. The levels of TSGF, CA1 5 3 and CEA in patients with breast cancer before and after treatment were monitored and followed up. Results The values of TSGF, CA1 5 3, CEA and the positive rate of breast cancer were higher than those of benign tumors and normal controls. The sensitivities of TSGF, CA1 5 3 and CEA were 78.1 5%, 64.1% and 21 8.1%, respectively. CA1 5 3, the sensitivity of 88.3%; three joint detection of the sensitivity of 90.6%. Conclusions: Combined detection of TSGF, CA1 5 3, and CEA contributes to improve the diagnostic sensitivity of breast cancer, and has important value in the observation of curative effect and postoperative monitoring
