膀胱癌是泌尿系统最常见的恶性肿瘤,其术后复发和进展一直是困扰临床医生的难题,也是泌尿外科研究的重要方向。肿瘤治疗的未来方向是建立在对其分子机制充分认识的基础上所进行的靶向治疗,它改变了肿瘤发生的遗传本质,从根本上消除肿瘤发生发展的动力和源泉。文中就新近研究中膀胱癌抑癌基因(p53)通路上的新靶点mi-croRNAs进行综述。
Bladder cancer is the most common malignant tumor of the urinary system. The recurrence and progression of bladder cancer have always been a problem for clinicians and an important direction of urology research. The future direction of cancer treatment is based on targeted understanding of its molecular mechanisms based on the targeted treatment, which changed the genetic nature of tumorigenesis, and fundamentally eliminate the motivation and source of tumor development. In this paper, the recent studies of bladder cancer tumor suppressor gene (p53) pathway on the new target mi-croRNAs were reviewed.
