当前,随着大型建筑工程施工任务的日益增多,大口径扩底桩钻进技术越来越受到重视.为使建筑物的基腿穿过浅部软土,扎根于坚实的土层之中,采用大口径扩底桩基具有明显的优越性.这种桩基可以代替现用的大口径圆柱桩基.它不仅可以承受很高的垂直载荷,有利于调整差异沉降,而且可以提高建筑物的抗震和抗水平推力的能力,同时节省注浆材料和劳动工时. 为改变当前靠机械钻孔(冲孔)打大直径桩基、大直径扩底桩基和人工扩孔底的现状,我所研制出YGK系列大口径扩底钻具.它是一种与回转式钻井设备配套的机具,主要用于塑性粘土层、粘土质砂土层、强风化层等软基础处理工程中钻扩孔底,以形成扩底灌注桩基.
