食用稗约4000年前驯化于日本,属温带作物,生产于中国、日本和朝鲜。本实验采用组织培养的方法,对食用稗的成熟胚进行诱导、继代、分化不同配比浓度的处理(对照),研究了不同激素配比浓度对食用稗愈伤组织诱导率、分化率的影响。结果显示,不同浓度配比下激素量及不同基本培养基对食用稗愈伤组织的诱导率和分化率具有影响,且因外源激素的品种的不同而有差异。
Edible barnyard domesticated about 4000 years ago in Japan, is a temperate crop, produced in China, Japan and North Korea. In this experiment, the tissue culture method was used to induce the mature embryos of Echinochloa crus-galli, and to study the effects of different hormone concentrations on the induction rate and differentiation rate of Echinochloa crus-galli callus influences. The results showed that the amount of hormones and different basal medium under different concentrations of different proportions had an impact on the induction rate and differentiation rate of callus of Echinochloa crus-galli and were different due to the variety of exogenous hormones.
