在钢铁工业的节能减排形势下,首钢开展了高炉高风温试验研究。2009年高风温试验情况表明,迁钢2号高炉连续4个月月均风温突破1 270℃,实现年均风温1 258.7℃,达到了高炉生产降低焦比和提高煤比等目标。采用对比分析法总结分析了高风温试验前、2008年和2009年迁钢2号高炉的试验数据,2009年实现1 280℃高风温下的热风炉、高炉等操作技术,研究了助燃空气温度、煤气预热温度、煤气热值、煤气流量和燃烧送风时间等参数对高风温的影响,提出了高风温随其影响参数的变化规律。
In the steel industry’s energy-saving emission reduction situation, Shougang blast furnace carried out high-temperature experimental research. The results of high temperature in 2009 showed that the monthly average temperature of 1 # blast furnace in No.2 blast furnace of Shugang Steel exceeded 1 270 ℃ for 4 consecutive months and achieved an average annual temperature of 1 258.7 ℃, achieving the goal of reducing coke ratio and increasing coal ratio in blast furnace production. The comparative analysis method was used to analyze the experimental data of No.2 blast furnace before the high wind temperature test in 2008 and 2009 and the hot blast stove and blast furnace in the high wind temperature of 1 280 ℃ in 2009. Temperature, preheating temperature of coal gas, calorific value of gas, gas flow and time of combustion and blowing on the high wind temperature, the changing rule of high wind temperature with its influencing parameters was proposed.
