对84所教育部科技查新工作站进行了问卷调查,并登录其相关网站,从地理分布、资源情况、人员配置等方面进行数据收集并分析,获悉所选取样本总体情况良好,而资源多元化、网络应用、资源共享等将是科技查新工作的主要发展方向,区域设置不平衡、管理机制与评价体系不完善等问题的存在则影响了查新工作站的客观性与权威性。针对这些问题,可从建立在研数据库、监管机制与绩效评价体系、加强业务培训与市场开发等方面促使查新工作站的完善与进一步发展。
Conducted a questionnaire survey on 84 science and technology check-in workstations of the Ministry of Education and logged in to their related websites. The data were collected and analyzed from the aspects of geographical distribution, resources and staffing. The results showed that the selected samples were in good condition in general and resources were diversified, Network applications and resource sharing will be the major development directions for the science and technology search and examination work. The problems such as the unbalanced regional arrangement, the imperfect management mechanism and evaluation system will affect the objectivity and authority of the new workstations. In response to these problems, we can promote the improvement and further development of the new workstations from the aspects of establishing a database for research, monitoring mechanisms and performance evaluation systems, and strengthening business training and market development.
