2008年7月26~27日,中国职工教育和职业培训协会(以下简称中国职协)在苏州召开四川地震灾区技工培训援助工作座谈会暨中国职协技校委员会第十九届年会。本次会议的目的:一是交流技工培训援助工作经验,布置技工培训援助后续工作;二是交流技工院校改革、发展的经验,探索在新形势下,技工院校发展的新思路和科学途径。人力资源和社会保障部副部长张小建、江苏省人民政府副省长何权、中国职工教育和职业培训协会会长林用三等领导同志出席了会议。会议由林用三会长主持,张小建副部长在会上发表了题为《弘扬抗震救灾精神,深化技工学校改革,为高技能人才培养作出更大贡献》的重要讲话。
From July 26 to July 27, 2008, the Chinese Association of Staff Education and Vocational Training (hereinafter referred to as the “China Vocational Education Association”) convened a symposium on training assistance for mechanics and workers in the earthquake-stricken area of Sichuan in Sichuan Province and the 19th Annual Conference of the Technical Cooperation Committee of China Vocational Association. The purpose of this meeting is to exchange experience in mechanics training assistance and arrange follow-up work of mechanic training assistance. The second is to exchange experience in the reform and development of mechanics colleges and universities to explore new ideas and scientific approaches for the development of mechanics and mechanics institutions in the new situation . Zhang Xiaojian, Vice Minister of Human Resources and Social Security, He Quan, Vice Governor of Jiangsu Provincial People’s Government, and Lin Yongsan, president of China Workers’ Education and Vocational Training Association attended the meeting. Under the chairmanship of the three presidents of forestry, Vice Minister Zhang Xiajian delivered an important speech entitled “Carrying Forward the Spirit of Earthquake Relief, Deepening the Reform of Technical Schools and Making More Contributions to the Cultivation of Highly Skilled Talents.”
