由于缺乏一种能较全面代表单侧唇裂患者畸形特点的分类法和对术后效果进行全面评价的方法,使过去的众多研究中研究对象间和研究结果之间无可比性,导致了各自研究结果的不准确。本研究将临床61例单侧唇裂患者的一般性资料、鼻和上唇的平面图形数据及畸形特点数据输入并储存于计算机内。由计算机自动计算健患侧上唇面积比并按新的分类法分类。根据需要,计算机可在已储存的大量患者资料中自动查找并输出与预行手术新患者畸形特点基本一致的原患者的一般资料和图形资料。以便对新患者的治疗提供参考并对其可能获得之疗效进行预测。
