近几年,教育部门提出了开放式教育理念,社区教育成为构建学习型社会的重要教育组织,同时对社区教育工作者的要求也逐渐提高。社区教育班主任的工作内容较复杂,需要承担的责任较大,工作任务也比较繁重。随着我国教育事业的不断发展,其工作也需要转型。为更好顺应这种趋势,构建一支专业化的教育队伍是必要的,我们需要从工作内涵、角色定位和工作目标等方面采取完善措施,实现角色转换。一、社区教育工作的内涵
