在十二届全国人大三次会议所作的《政府工作报告》中,李克强总理再次提出“全民阅读”。当记者问总理为什么看重“全民阅读”时,总理回答道:“用闲暇时间来阅读是一种享受,也是拥有财富,可以说终身受益。我希望全民阅读能够形成一种氛围,无处不在。而且把阅读作为一种生活方式,把它与工作方式相结合,不仅会增加发展的创新力量,而且会增强社会的道德力量”。那么在这样的大背景下,我们课题组研究如何推进全民阅读,推动衡水市文化的发展,其中一个方法就是通过绘本推广阅读。可是现在很多的家长还不是很了解绘本,有的只是听说过,却不会给孩子选书,不会和孩子亲子共读,到底绘本带给孩子多大的作用,怎样通过绘本来推动全民阅读,从而让更多的人爱上绘本,爱上阅读,这就是我们课题研究的主要内容。

They do not read the books together with their children. In the end, how much the picture books bring to children and how to promote reading through pictures , So that more people fall in love with the picture book, love reading, this is the main content of our research.
