The redistribution of each grade of magnetic susceptibility decreased sharply after hydroponics, the difference of magnetic susceptibility between grain size became smaller and the distribution curve tended to be gentle. The parent material has a large influence on the shape of the distribution curve of the magnetic susceptibility at each particle size. The content of ferrite, pseudo- and ferrous cuttings determines the magnetic susceptibility of coarse grit (0.25 ~ 1mm)
