Commemorating the 30th anniversary of the reform and opening up is an important measure for the full implementation of the spirit of the 17th National Congress of the CPC and an important part of deepening the study and practice of the scientific concept of development. Reform and opening up are the great undertakings that our party leads the people in carrying forward the new great revolution under the new conditions of the times and is of epoch-making significance to the development of our party and our country.
