为探讨血清透明质酸在肝炎患者中的变化与其与肝纤维化的关系，应用放射免疫分析法检测肝炎患者血清ＨＡ，并与部份患者肝组织学改变对照分析。结果显示慢性肝炎患者血清ＨＡ水平随着肝损害的加重而升高，而且与肝组织炎症活动度和肝纤维化程度呈明显正相关。提示血清ＨＡ水平不仅能反映慢性肝炎患者肝组织炎症活动程度，而且能间接反映肝纤维化程度
In order to investigate the relationship between serum hyaluronic acid (Hyaluronic acid) and liver fibrosis in patients with hepatitis, the serum HA in patients with hepatitis was detected by radioimmunoassay and compared with that in some patients. The results showed that the level of serum HA in patients with chronic hepatitis increased with the aggravation of liver damage, but also with the degree of liver inflammation and liver fibrosis was positively correlated. Tip serum HA levels can not only reflect the degree of liver inflammation in patients with chronic hepatitis activity, but also indirectly reflect the degree of liver fibrosis
