目的:研究ICP-MS测定生活饮用水中铁的干扰情况并采用合适手段来消除。方法:比较不同接口、不同同位素、使用内标前后对测定结果的影响。结果:X i接口具有更低的背景强度和背景等效浓度。采用56Fe和混合内标可完全消除质谱干扰和非质谱干扰,测定结果和原子吸收法一致,方法的精密度、检出限和加标回收结果均符合分析要求。结论:可采用X i接口ICP-MS准确测定生活饮用水中的铁。
OBJECTIVE: To study the interference of iron in drinking water by ICP-MS and to eliminate it by suitable means. Methods: Compare different interface, different isotopes, using the internal standard before and after the impact on the measurement results. Results: The X i interface has lower background intensity and background equivalent concentration. Adopting 56Fe and mixed internal standard can completely eliminate the interference of mass spectrometry and non-mass spectrometry. The determination results are consistent with those of atomic absorption spectrometry. The precision, detection limit and spike recovery of the method are in line with the analysis requirements. Conclusion: X i-interface ICP-MS can be used to accurately determine iron in drinking water.
