我们对东北四个地区的卫氏并殖吸虫囊蚴测量时发现,辽宁宽甸的囊蚴明显大于黑龙江鸡西市、伊春市和吉林桦甸县的囊蚴,前者的平均大小约为400μm,后三者的平均大小为300~350μm。为探讨上述四地卫氏并殖吸虫后尾蚴在形态上的差异,对其进行了扫描电镜观察。 材料与方法:卫氏并殖吸虫的囊蚴分别来自上述四地。囊蚴以0.5%胆汁脱囊,所获后尾蚴以2%胰蛋白酶液孵育30分钟并经生理盐水清冼后,先后置2.5%戊二醛液和1%锇酸液中固定,各级乙醇脱
