1病例资料患者,男,79岁,2010年7月20日因“反复咳嗽咳痰10年,再发伴气喘1周”收入我院呼吸内科,入院诊断:慢性支气管炎伴感染,慢性肺源性心脏病?,心功能Ⅳ级,肺癌,左肺切除术后,浅表性胃炎。患者入院后小便未解,予呋塞米20mg静推后排尿共1400ml,血压90/60 mmHg。7月25日因“消化道出血,失血性休克?”抢救,BP 70/30 mmHg,HR 80次/min,使用去甲肾上腺素、多巴胺(上海禾丰制药有限公司,批号100511)升压,低分子右旋糖酐250ml(回音必集团江西东亚制药有限公司,批号:2010040461)扩充血容量;抢救成功后予多巴胺100mg+0.9%氯化钠注射液50ml,20ml·h~(-1),iv,24h尿量3150ml,无明显出汗,全身浮肿。7月26日再次因“急性消化道出血,失血性休克”抢救,予多巴胺
