对于存在于车轮和钢轨的接触面之间,有可能给粘着系数、摩擦、磨耗现象带来影响的物质,利用现场无损分析方法,通过可搬运型复合X线分析装置(XRDF)进行了钢轨表面分析试验。如图1所示,利用固定XRDF用的安装夹具,可以高效分析轨道内钢轨轨顶面和轨距角。在铁道综合技术研究所所内试验线上,利用人工洒盐水的方式使钢轨生锈,并进行了钢轨分析。根据XRDF现场分析,实验显示:钢轨上生的锈随车
